About Me

- I work as an actuary for a (very) large multinational insurance company, now doing experience studies; previously, making models of overseas blocks of business. (Brazil,Chile, Japan). Steve (my husband of 25 yrs) is a math professor; Leon (our oldest, with the beard)is three years into the physics PhD program at UWisc Madison, and Aaron (a sr at Carleton) studies math & history. I'm Social Action Chair at our synagogue (Ohev Shalom) -- we try to help shelters & food pantries in nearby Chester -- a desperately poor city a couple miles away.
